What payment methods do you accept?

I accept major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express as well as PayPal, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Venmo, and Meta Pay.

What are your return/exchange policies?

Thank you for shopping with Abloom Decor! I strive to provide you with the best products and services. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I offer a return policy to ensure your satisfaction. Please read the following return policy guidelines:

1. Returns Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

2. Return Shipping Cost:
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost (unless the return is for a damaged or defective item).

3. Non-Returnable Items:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.

4. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the item.
- I will request a photo of the item and then provide instructions for returning the item and offer a replacement or a refund.

5. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact me within the 30-day return period.
- I will guide you through the return process, provide the necessary instructions, and address any concerns or questions you may have.
- Returns received without prior communication may not be processed.

6. Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

7. Exchanges:
- I currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

What are your shipping rates?

I offer FREE shipping on all orders!

How long will it take to receive my order?

This is a made to order business, my products are made as orders are received which means that I do not hold inventory. I do this to ensure I can offer the highest quality product at the lowest possible price. This means when you place your order I will get to work producing your items for you. Because I am going to get to work producing your item, please allow 2-7 business days to receive a tracking number.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Once shipped, orders will be received within 2-10 business days. Any delays in shipping are the responsibility of the shipping provider. Please use the tracking number to check the status of your order.

Domestic Shipping Rates:
I offer FREE shipping within the United States.

International Shipping:
At this time I do not offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at help@abloomdecor.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.

How do I track my orders?

If you have an account, you can sign in and you will see an Order History page. This will show you detailed information about your order.

You can also track your order using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.
